Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our projects align with strategic goals and deliver maximum value.
• Analyze business needs and gather information from various stakeholders.
• Model business processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document business and functional requirements comprehensively.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into implementable solutions.
• Support development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and periodic analyses for project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify business risks and contribute to designing data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in business analysis principles, process modeling, and requirements management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experienced in preparing Use Cases, User Stories, and Wireframes.
• Proficient in process modeling tools such as Visio, Archimate, and Visual Paradigm.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams.
• Professional certifications in business analysis.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
