About the Role:
Caspian Holding is seeking a strategic, execution-driven, and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support the CEO and lead the company’s operational excellence across multiple business units. As COO, you will be responsible for translating strategy into actionable goals, optimizing cross-departmental performance, and ensuring operational alignment with board-level objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with strong experience in systems thinking, KPI oversight, and cross-functional leadership.

Main Goal of this Role:
Operational Leadership: Drive day-to-day execution of strategy across departments while ensuring alignment with the board and CEO vision.
Process Optimization: Design, monitor, and enhance organizational systems and workflows to scale effectively.
Performance Management: Oversee the tracking and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) at the executive and departmental levels.
Strategic Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between teams, projects, and leadership—ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely delivery.
Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with the CEO to shape priorities, allocate resources, and lead change.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive execution of organizational OKRs and KPIs across teams with a data-oriented approach.
Design, implement, and optimize operational processes using tools such as Microsoft Visio and BPMN.
Track, report, and continuously refine performance metrics in coordination with department leads.
Facilitate strategic planning and ensure that business initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
Supervise department leaders, ensuring a high-performance culture and collaborative execution.
Lead internal performance reviews and identify gaps in processes, systems, or talent.
Create and present executive-level reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Oversee internal project management infrastructure and promote accountability through structured reporting.
Ensure effective remote collaboration using platforms like Microsoft Teams, and foster communication across EST and PST teams.
Support the CEO in resource planning, budgeting, and organizational structuring initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in operational leadership, preferably in multi-sector environments.
Proven success in managing remote or hybrid teams and scaling operations.
Strong track record in performance management, reporting, and strategic execution.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and BPMN tools
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and drive decisions accordingly.
Personal Attributes:
Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills.
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and systems-level thinking.
Results-oriented and self-driven, with a proactive attitude.
Comfortable managing change in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Position: Contract-Based (Full-time & Remote)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Reporting to: CEO & Board of Directors
Location: Fully Remote—must be available for collaboration across both Eastern and Pacific time zones
