 Key Responsibilities
1. Product Vision & Strategy
•    Define ZharfaTech’s AI product vision, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
•    Develop long-term strategies for Generative AI products (e.g., content tools, translation systems), anticipating AI trends and competitive shifts.
2. End-to-End Product Leadership
•    Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and agile development to launch, growth, and iteration—ensuring solutions exceed market demands.
•    Prioritize scalability, and user-centric design in all product decisions.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Partner with engineering teams to advance our AI/ML stack (Python, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
•    Align with marketing, sales, and CX teams to drive product adoption and monetization.
4. Market & User Insight
•    Conduct deep market research to identify emerging AI/LLM opportunities.
•    Leverage data analytics (user behavior, KPI tracking) to refine product roadmaps.
5. Team Excellence
•    Lead and mentor product managers, designers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid experimentation.

Core Qualifications
•    Experience: 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years in executive leadership at AI/SaaS companies.

Technical Expertise:
•    Mastery of AI/ML development cycles (LLM fine-tuning, MLOps, generative AI).
•    Proven success launching B2G/B2B/B2C AI products

Leadership Traits:
•    Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
•    Ability to inspire teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Education: 
Advanced degree in CS, AI, or related fields (preferred).
