Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize infrastructure.
• Design scalable, resilient, distributed system architectures.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure services (databases, storage, logging).
• Automate deployment, development, monitoring, and security processes.
• Collaborate with Development, Security, and QA teams to improve software delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Operating Systems & Scripting: Expert in Linux/Windows with strong automation scripting using Bash.
• Containers & Orchestration: Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm; experienced in managing distributed clusters and container security best practices.
• CI/CD & Automation: Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD), with advanced deployment strategies.
• Databases & Storage: Hands-on experience with high-volume SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis); object storage with MinIO.
• Monitoring & Logging: Proficient in observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK Stack; experience with distributed tracing and metrics (OpenTelemetry).
• Security & DevSecOps: Understanding of container hardening and system-level security; familiarity with IAM, Keycloak, OAuth2, TLS.
• Networking & API Gateways: Experience deploying Load Balancers and API Gateways (NGINX, HAProxy, etc)
