• Plan and execute in-depth user research to uncover behavioral patterns, needs, and pain points.
• Develop detailed research plans, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to translate insights into tangible solutions.
• Iterate on designs using qualitative and quantitative data to drive usability and impact.
• Navigate and contribute to complex design systems, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Mentor junior and mid-level researchers, nurturing a high-performing and growth-oriented team culture.
• Stay ahead of UX trends, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success as a Senior UX Researcher with a strong portfolio of impactful work.
• Proficiency in advanced UX tools (e.g., Figma) and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design and research practices.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
• Experience in usability testing and making data-driven product decisions.
