In Doctoreto We are seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our integrated marketing campaigns, helping us drive growth and engagement across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Define campaign messaging and collaborate closely with content, design, and digital teams
- Work with the data team to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spending for maximum ROI
- Develop and analyze A/B tests to optimize creatives, landing pages, and messaging
- Continuously monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports to inform decision-making
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms and offline media buying
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio
- Familiarity with Google Ads, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., WebEngage, HubSpot)
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneousl
