Network Development & Relations Manager

About Us:
We are a fast-growing international transportation and logistics company offering a wide range of services including shipping, transit, stuffing, and warehousing. We are looking for a results-driven Network Development & Relations Manager to expand and strengthen our network of international agents and ensure excellent coordination with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and international agents.
Expand the company’s network to meet current and future client demands.
Ensure agents deliver high-quality service aligned with customer expectations.
Manage and support a team of 5 network coordination staff.
Act as a liaison between the network/operations team and internal clients (mainly the sales department).
Monitor service delivery and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks.
Maintain frequent communication with global partners and handle negotiations.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
Ensure smooth operations across shipping, transit, stuffing, and warehousing services.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or agent management.
Strong leadership and people management skills (experience leading a team of 5 or more).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
In-depth knowledge of international logistics processes, including shipping, transit, stuffing, and warehousing.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Experience working with internal stakeholders such as sales and operations teams.
High level of responsibility, organization, and initiative.
