Junior Programmer

Role Overview:
As a Junior Programmer, you will work closely with our development and support teams to help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing web applications. This is a great opportunity for a junior-level developer to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to real-world products and supporting clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in diagnosing and fixing bugs and technical issues in our web applications
• Collaborate with the support and development teams to resolve user-reported problems
• Write clean, maintainable code primarily in JavaScript, React, and Java
• Perform code reviews and test solutions before deployment
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices for internal use
• Support end-users by analyzing problems and offering technical solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes

 
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with JavaScript, React, and Java
• Understanding of web application architecture and RESTful APIs
• Basic knowledge of debugging tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks

 
Nice to Have (Optional):

• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with ticketing/support systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
