
The Social Media Manager at our company is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, grow user engagement, and enhance the performance of our key social channels, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn. This role requires a mix of creativity, strong content intuition, deep knowledge of social algorithms, and data analysis capabilities to drive informed decisions.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure sustainable growth of our social presence, boost engagement rates, and effectively guide users toward deeper brand interaction and service adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Management
Design and enhance the brand-aligned social media content strategy
Develop and maintain an editorial calendar in coordination with content and design teams
Actively contribute to marketing team meetings to align messaging across campaigns
Channel Management & Growth
Manage company profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
Drive organic follower growth and user engagement
Continuously monitor platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion
Define and track KPIs to improve overall performance
Deliver periodic performance reports to the marketing lead
Problem Solving & Innovation
Identify challenges and provide practical solutions based on available resources
Continuously improve execution processes with an agile and resourceful mindset
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Ability to create and evaluate visual, written, and video content tailored to each platform
Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Iconosquare, Buffer, etc.)
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
Solid understanding of user behavior analysis
Ability to extract actionable insights from data
Soft Skills:
Creative, organized, and fast executor
Results-driven and strong problem-solving abilities
Team player with excellent communication skills
Experience & Background:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing social media for B2C brands (automotive or related industries preferred)
Documented success in organic growth and engagement improvement
Familiarity with the automotive industry is a strong plus
