We’re a fast-growing tech-driven company building scalable, high-performance systems in Takhfifan. We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who’s passionate about automation, system reliability, and modern
infrastructure practices to help us scale and stabilize our operations.

The Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to ensure our services are resilient, observable, and production-ready from day one.

You’ll automate wherever possible, advocate for best practices, and make performance, reliability, and
uptime your mission.

What You’ll Do

• Design, manage, and scale robust infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid and safe deployments.
• Ensure high availability and resilience of services through effective monitoring and alerting.
• Own container orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to track system health and performance.
• Configure and tune load balancers (HAProxy, NGINX), API gateways (Kong), and web servers (NGINX).
• Work with message brokers like RabbitMQ and search infrastructure like Elasticsearch.
• Champion DevOps and SRE best practices across the engineering organization.

What You Bring

•   Solid experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
•     Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
•   Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm in production environments.
•      Strong understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
•        Practical experience with web servers (NGINX), load balancers (HAProxy), and API gateways (Kong).
•      Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queues.
•     Knowledge of Elasticsearch for search and analytics use cases.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and shell scripting skills.
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.

Nice to Have

•  Scripting/programming in Python, Go, or similar languages.
•  Experience with GitOps practices and tools.
•  Background in security and compliance within DevOps environments.
