

Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Sky Inoventure Inc., a fast-paced startup factory focused on leveraging AI-driven automation and cutting-edge technologies. This role will be responsible for driving the company's marketing, branding, sales, promotion, and advertisement efforts. The Business Development Manager will work independently and be responsible for both strategic planning and execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing and growth strategies, for our diverse startup ventures.

Main Goal of this Role:
1- Marketing & Branding Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize marketing and branding strategies to increase visibility and drive customer engagement for all startup ventures under Sky Inoventure Inc.
2- Sales & Promotion: Develop sales strategies, set targets, and create promotional campaigns to drive leads and sales conversions. Ensure strong communication and networking strategies to build relationships with potential clients and investors.
3- Growth Strategy: Apply growth hacking techniques to scale the company's marketing efforts quickly and efficiently, using innovative, low-cost strategies to achieve rapid growth.
4- Grant Applications: contribute in the process of securing grants from both governmental and private sectors for our startup ventures, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements and deadlines.
5- Analyzing business processes from depth of the business and daily activities of the company and making documents & BPMNs
6- Making Intelligent Agents using AI-Based tools for the company using cut-edge technologies to do tasks on Microsoft Teams and other platforms
7- Maintaining and/or managing resources such as human resource, financial resource, intelligent agents, …
8- Other daily tasks to helping company to project management and controlling related parts of the company
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & Branding:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, marketing plan, refining business models (including business canvas), and business plans for all startup ventures, focusing on digital marketing and branding efforts.
o Design and execute campaigns that build brand awareness, drive traffic, and promote products effectively.
o Monitor, analyze, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI and consistent growth.
2. Sales & Promotion:
o Lead the creation and execution of sales campaigns and promotional strategies across various channels, including digital advertising, SEO, and social media.
o Develop and maintain sales collateral, create promotional materials, and ensure all communication aligns with the brand vision.
o Identify opportunities for business development and customer acquisition through effective targeting and personalized outreach.
3. Digital Marketing:
o Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
o Manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
o Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to track performance, analyze trends, and refine strategies.
4. Growth Hacking & Startup Marketing:
o Apply innovative growth hacking techniques to accelerate customer acquisition and retention across various channels.
o Experiment with and test new digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to continuously refine marketing tactics and increase growth rates.
o Focus on cost-effective and scalable methods to achieve rapid growth in multiple industrial domains.
5. Networking & Client Engagement:
o Build and nurture relationships with clients, potential investors, and key industry players through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
o Attend industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to increase the company’s visibility and expand its client base.
6. Data Mining & AI Utilization:
o Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
o Make use of AI tools such as LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance marketing and branding efforts and optimize decision-making.
o Build and use intelligent agents to automate repetitive tasks and improve marketing efficiency.
7. Performance Tracking:
o Use Power BI or similar dashboard tools to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, sales, and KPIs.
o Regularly report on the achievement of KPIs, using quantified data to showcase the success of previous marketing campaigns.
8. Grant Management:
Identify, apply for, and secure relevant grants from various governmental and private sources.
Coordinate with external partners, government bodies, and funding agencies to ensure all grant requirements are met and funding is obtained.
Follow up and monitor the progress of grant applications, ensuring timely responses and access to awarded grants.
9. Market Research & Economic Analysis:
Conduct ongoing research and analysis of economic conditions, market trends, and financial data to inform investment decisions.
Provide actionable insights to the organization and startups regarding the financial and economic landscape, helping them make informed decisions.
Continuously advise on the impact of market conditions on our business strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Educational Background:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales, preferably in a startup or multi-industry environment.
Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and social networking.
Experience with growth hacking techniques and startup marketing strategies.
Strong track record of achieving and quantifying KPIs from previous roles.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media management platforms.
Ability to work with AI tools like LLMs and other intelligent automation technologies.
Proficiency in Power BI or other similar dashboard tools to track and report on marketing performance.
Personal Attributes:
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; French is an asset.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results clearly.
Self-starter, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Creative and hard-working with a proven ability to achieve growth goals.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills with investors and clients.
Highly efficient in working remotely, managing time, and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Experience in data mining and using AI-based tools for marketing and business development.
Ability to leverage growth hacking strategies for rapid scaling.
Having graphical knowledge or experience, or any experience with promotional tools, is an asset
Personal & Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial strategies clearly.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex funding processes.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Position: This is a Contract-Based (Freelance), remote role.
