To liaise with relevant departments regarding legal and regulatory queries and correspondence weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual reports and collect required data or information.
To coordinate all correspondences, requests, reports, administrative LR queries, drafting letters, and ensure all issues are resolved and clarified on time.
To gather and compile the required documents and reports related to legal and regulatory correspondence.
To understand and generate different types of complex documents (technical, legal, financial etc).
To ensure that the formatting and framework of the translated documents (grammatically, linguistically and literarily) are proper and within standards.
To classify all related documents in L&R Data Bases, coordinate proper documentation and archiving for the related correspondences/ transactions, and update information systems such as online database of L&R cases and the related reports.
To perform and ensure proper typing and/or formatting of letters, presentations, and documents specified by CEO of Vista Media to eliminate editorial errors.

To prepare monthly/weekly management reports as required.
