Job Description and Responsibilities:
Achieve sales operation goals by prioritizing sales data and recommendations in planning and strategic reviews
Meet sales targets while ensuring quality, profitability, and adherence to customer service standards
Lead the sales team to retain and enhance relationships with existing clients
Fulfill sales and organizational objectives by accurately performing assigned duties
Ensure the sales team is updated on any changes in transportation schedules and plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience managing sales in air and sea transportation ( shipping)
Familiarity with legal regulations related to transportation
Knowledge of sales and transportation terminology
Possession of an active client portfolio
