We’re looking for a visionary Group Product Manager to spearhead our Operations Management System team. This role is at the heart of our efforts to optimize our fulfillment processes, elevate customer support, and streamline order management. You will be instrumental in transforming our internal operations, empowering Bime Bazar to deliver exceptional service and innovation.

 

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership - Develop and articulate an inspiring product vision and strategy for our operations management system that aligns with Bime Bazar’s broader mission. Inspire your team to reach ambitious goals and build impactful solutions. 
• Product Development - Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Prioritize and execute a product roadmap focused on efficiency and process optimization, transforming how we manage fulfillment, support, and orders. 
• Team Management - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented product managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, while providing clear direction and opportunities for career development. 
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Cultivate strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations. 
• User Experience - Advocate for a user-first approach. Conduct research and gather feedback to deeply understand the needs of our internal teams, translating insights into actionable improvements. 
• Innovation and Optimization - Seek opportunities to enhance and innovate on existing tools and systems. Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of technology. 
• Performance Measurement - Define and track key success metrics to assess the impact of your products. Use data-driven insights to refine features and drive continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing product managers or teams, preferably in insurtech, fintech, or technology companies. 
• Expertise: Proven track record of delivering internal tools or enterprise solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance business performance. 
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to build consensus across diverse teams.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and strategy. 
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
