Audio AI Engineer

About the Position

Responsibilities
Drive innovation in STT, TTS, speech translation, and related speech/audio technologies.
Design and develop end-to-end audio-based products, from data collection to model deployment and scaling.
Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Experiment with new techniques and architectures, including transformer models.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to accelerate product development.
Write scalable, efficient, and maintainable code.
Stay current with the latest research and advancements in audio AI.

 
Requirements
- Education: 
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in AI, Audio Processing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience:
Hands-on experience in audio data processing, analysis, and development of speech applications.
Basic understanding of full-cycle development, including MLOps, from data pipelines to training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python, with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Familiarity with transformer models and modern speech processing techniques.
Understanding of MLOps tools and workflows for scalable, production-grade systems.

- Mindset:
Curious, proactive, and eager to test, learn, and refine ideas quickly.

- Bonus:
Strong background in structured programming.
Experience building robust, scalable, and efficient production systems.
