Job Description:

• As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
• Analyze data and extract effective features for modeling.
• Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for Persian and English texts.
• Test, evaluate, and optimize models for deployment in real-world environments.
• Collaborate with the technical team in an Agile environment to integrate models into products.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and fundamental algorithms.
• Proficiency in deep learning and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and NLP techniques.
• Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end data-driven projects (from data collection to model deployment).
• Proficiency in Python and related libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, SpaCy).
• Familiarity with Git and Docker.

Considered a Plus:

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, and similar open-source models.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts, model monitoring, and the ML lifecycle in a production environment.
• Previous experience working in agile teams and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
