We Are Hiring: Senior Foreign Procurement Specialist (Female)

Location: Tehran – Full Time | Industry: Industrial Equipment, EPC & General Trade

Pala Sazeh Energy is looking for a highly competent and experienced Female Foreign Procurement Specialist to strengthen our international sourcing and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both EPC project procurement and general machinery and logistics purchasing, with a deep understanding of international trade practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead foreign procurement operations for EPC projects and general machinery needs.
Draft, review, and manage international procurement contracts.
Apply INCOTERMS in all international transactions with full compliance.
Handle sourcing, price negotiations, PO management, and supplier follow-up.
Coordinate end-to-end shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics.
Manage import/export documentation and regulatory procedures.
Work closely with engineering and commercial teams to fulfill project and operational requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in foreign procurement, including EPC and general machinery/equipment.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
Expertise in drafting and negotiating international contracts.
Familiarity with international shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding practices.
Solid understanding of customs, tariffs, and import/export laws.

Preferred Assets:
Experience in oil, gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and commercial awareness.
