Operations Business Data Analyst

Mirana, as a subsidiary of the JobVision group, operates in the field of "headhunting" services. The job advertisements from Mirana relate to various organizations that are part of Mirana's clients. 


Responsibilities:

· Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

· Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, systems, and workflows.

· Develop and execute queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.

· Utilize Google Sheets to create advanced data models and dashboards for reporting purposes.

· Work with MetaBase to visualize data insights and support decision-making.

· Perform basic SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as needed.

· Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports produced.

· Take ownership of projects, driving initiatives to completion while maintaining high performance standards.


Requirements:

· Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the FinTech, or E-Commerce sectors.

· Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

· Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data manipulation techniques.

· Familiarity with MetaBase or similar data visualization tools.

· Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases and retrieving information.

· Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

· Strong understanding of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS).

· Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating high performance and ownership.
