Senior Machine Learning Engineer

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer in our company is responsible for developing and customizing advanced language models to provide AI-driven solutions to real-world business challenges. This role is designed for someone with a deep understanding of language model architectures, hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG systems, and a passion for working at the cutting edge of technology.

The primary objective of this role is to build reliable, flexible, and domain-specific intelligent systems in the areas of language, speech, and vision, aimed at directly improving customer experience and optimizing internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Fine-Tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs):

• Customizing and deploying models such as GPT, T5, and BERT for specific business needs

• Analyzing model performance and improving it based on real-world data and organizational use cases

Design and Implementation of RAG Architectures:

• Building hybrid systems that combine internal information retrieval with the generative capabilities of LLMs

• Leveraging LLMs alongside internal search engines to solve complex problems

Cross-Disciplinary AI Projects:

• Contributing to projects involving OCR, Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), Document Understanding, and intelligent chatbots

• Working with diverse data types including text, audio, and image in production environments

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Working closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to implement end-to-end ML solutions

• Participating in the design and evaluation of scalable infrastructure for ML deployment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Practical experience in fine-tuning Transformer models such as BERT, GPT, and T5

• Familiarity with implementing RAG using both retrieval and generation models

• Proficiency with machine learning tools such as Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow

• Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals and language model architectures

Complementary Areas:

• Experience working with audio (TTS/STT) and image data (OCR)

• Familiarity with the Persian language and its challenges in NLP
