Job Description:
As a Senior Software Quality Assurance , you will be responsible for:

• Oversee the standardization of software production and architecture documentation.
• Monitor and supervise activities for identifying and analyzing software issues and bugs, including root cause analysis.
• Plan and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams.
• Lead technical process meetings as a Quality Assurance representative, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
• Prepare checklists and conduct technical process audits; oversee artifact reviews related to audits.
• Collaborate with teams to review audit outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Supervise the development, review, and optimization of technical business processes based on best practices (ITIL, BPMN, CMMI).
• Facilitate internal R&D activities to identify and implement necessary process and quality standards.

 
Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, IT Engineering, or Information Technology Management.
• Proven hands-on experience in software programming, software architecture, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of business process management and quality assurance frameworks such as , BPMN, CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 19011, and ISO 25010.ITIL
• Excellent skills in professional reporting, documentation, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience leading audits, process standardization, and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes and meetings efficiently.
• Proficiency with software development and architectural tools.
• Familiarity with process management and documentation software.
• Experience with KPI systems and performance tracking.
• Advanced software literacy and analytical reporting capabilities.
