About the Role

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure team and help us build reliable, secure, and scalable systems that power everything we do. In this role, you’ll design and maintain infrastructure, optimize deployment pipelines, and support teams in shipping code safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and ArgoCD
• Manage Kubernetes clusters across staging and production environments
• Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Collaborate with development teams to provide reliable deployment environments
• Ensure availability, security, and performance of core infrastructure
• Troubleshoot incidents and support recovery efforts with a calm, methodical approach
• Advocate for GitOps practices and declarative infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience working with Linux systems and containerization (Docker)
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and orchestration best practices
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI and ArgoCD
• Proficiency in working with HAProxy, NGINX, or other proxies and load balancers
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and declarative infrastructure models
• Solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring and incident response
• Comfortable working with Git and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with system hardening, compliance, and audit tooling
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio)
• Experience with multi-cluster or multi-site Kubernetes setups
• Exposure to bare-metal infrastructure or hybrid-cloud environments
