We're looking for a Mid or Senior Backend Engineer who’s passionate about designing and building robust, scalable backend systems. You’ll take on complex engineering challenges, work closely with distributed systems and asynchronous architectures, and play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our platform. This role isn’t just about writing code — it’s about solving real-world problems, making smart architectural decisions, and contributing to a backend that can grow with the product and our users.

What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and event-driven architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features end-to-end
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and system improvements
Help scale services to handle large amounts of data and traffic

Requirements

2+ years of backend development experience
Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redis
Solid understanding of distributed systems and message queues (Kafka)
Experience with Docker and CI/CD workflows
Deep understanding of REST APIs, performance tuning, and testing practices

Nice to Have

Experience with microservice architecture at scale
Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or high-availability systems
Familiarity with Go
