We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, App Marketing platforms, and SEO initiatives.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CPA, and increase LTV.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to improve organic visibility and traffic through technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Design and implement user acquisition strategies for mobile apps (iOS and Android), including App Store Optimization (ASO) and paid app campaigns.
- Work closely with the eCRM team to create integrated lifecycle marketing journeys that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Continuously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation across different performance channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, SEO, mobile marketing, and CRM.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Solid understanding of SEO strategies and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Proven experience with App Marketing campaigns and ASO techniques.
- Familiarity with eCRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Looker.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
