About the Role
Caspian Holding is hiring a Recruitment Specialist on a project-based contract to lead and support strategic hiring campaigns across our organization. This role is ideal for someone with practical experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closing, and who thrives in KPI-based and results-oriented settings. You’ll work closely with department heads and the HR manager to deliver high-quality candidates within set timelines.

• Define and track KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline conversion
• Take full ownership of recruitment cycles within the agreed scope

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles, requirements, and hiring timelines
• Publish and manage job postings across relevant platforms
• Source and screen candidates using ATS tools, LinkedIn, and databases
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones
• Maintain clear and organized records of candidates, evaluations, and decisions
• Conduct structured follow-ups and candidate communications
• Support employer branding efforts in job ads and recruitment communications
• Report weekly progress, challenges, and KPIs to the HR lead
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure cultural alignment and legal compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably tech, engineering, or startup roles)
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and deadline-driven campaigns
Skills
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and remote coordination tools
• Familiarity with ATS systems and online recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus)
• Basic understanding of organizational culture and role-person fit
