Back Office Transmission

Job Description:
-       Technical support to telecommunications site installation implementation teams.
-       Addressing issues related to topology, link monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving other site problems, even in cases of taking down sites.
-       Continuous communication with MTNI to adjust network routes and check links.
-       Configuring IP and VLAN routes to final activation in new and modernization sites.
-       Using Huawei and Ericsson software for network monitoring, configuration and  troubleshooting.
-       Preparing, sending and following up on requests from the executive team for coordination between the back office and executive teams.

Skills: 

-       Thorough knowledge of network concepts including microwave, topology, VLAN, Subnetting, IP Planning.
-       Experience working with microwave monitoring software.
-       Strong written and verbal communication skills and time management.
-       Teamwork spirit and Patience.
-       Familiar with how to Prepare Work reports.
