

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in English (both written and verbal) for formal correspondence
Drafting and preparing official letters and documentation tailored to various topics
Following up on correspondence with governmental and banking authorities
Monitoring updates on relevant government regulations and policies
Managing internal communications and tracking interdepartmental referrals
Skilled in fast and accurate typing, with strong command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing and archiving systems
Handling incoming calls and ensuring professional phone communication
Familiar with administrative follow-up procedures both within and outside the organization
