Job Description:

• As a process planning engineer, you will be responsible for:
• This role is responsible for designing, documenting, monitoring, and improving software development processes in accordance with international standards frameworks. The main focus is on enhancing the efficiency of the software production lifecycle, implementing quality management systems, and standardizing methodologies.
• Analyze, design, and document software production processes
• Develop and monitor quality control metrics for software processes
• Collaborate with teams to optimize process performance
• Implement and improve standard frameworks such as CMMI, ITIL, and other reference models
• Participate in designing technical and managerial documentation structures
• Monitor process compliance with project, organizational, and quality standards requirements

Qualifications:

• Full proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software production methodologies (Agile, etc.)
• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering concepts and system design
• Ability to analyze, design, and document processes using recognized tools and standards
• Familiarity with ITIL framework in IT service management
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, structured approach, and excellent communication skills in interacting with technical and managerial teams
