IT/IS Manager

• Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT/IS Manager to lead all technology and information systems operations at Behvazan. This role is critical to ensuring reliable infrastructure, proper management of IT/IS projects and budget, implementation of ERP systems, and strong cybersecurity in close coordination with the Group SOC.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise IT/IS staff.
Manage IT/IS budget, vendors, and technology projects.
Ensure stable and secure IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, etc.).
Drive ERP system implementation and ongoing support.
Monitor cybersecurity and coordinate with Group SOC.
Report IT performance, risks, and progress to senior management.

• Qualifications:

Master degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
7years’ experience in IT/IS, including at least 3 years in leadership.
Strong expertise in infrastructure, ERP systems, and cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries is a plus
