We’re now building the future of decentralized investing and wealth creation — and we’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help us scale our infrastructure with resilience and security.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Automate deployment pipelines and environment provisioning with Bash or Python
- Maintain and improve system reliability, security, and performance across Linux-based systems
- Configure and maintain monitoring and logging stacks (e.g., Loki, EFK, Grafana)
- Ensure high availability, observability, and health of services through proper monitoring and alerting
- Collaborate with backend and security teams to implement system hardening, firewall rules, and network segmentation
- Manage and maintain VMware ESXi infrastructure and network services when needed
- Optimize and maintain database environments, ensuring performance and backup integrity
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, CI/CD improvements, and incident response processes
✅ Requirements
- Deep love for Linux systems with LPIC-1 and LPIC-2 certifications (or equivalent knowledge)
- Proficient in container orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation using Bash or Python
- Good understanding of firewalls, networking fundamentals, and virtualization platforms (especially ESXi)
- Familiarity with system hardening best practices (e.g., CIS benchmarks, auditd, AppArmor – optional but a plus)
- Experience in setting up and managing ELK/EFK, Grafana, and Loki
- Comfortable working with relational and NoSQL databases, understanding schema and performance implications
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset for service uptime and reliability
🚀 Nice to Have
- Experience with HashiCorp tools (Vault, Terraform)
- Exposure to GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux)
- Background in regulated environments or fintech DevOps best practices
