Job Description
Duties
- Record daily accounting entries and Perform daily accounting routine functions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Account reconciliation between group companies and contractors.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and errors.
- Assist with month-end closing, general ledger entries, account, and variance analysis, monthly reporting of variances, calculate and record various accruals.
- Maintain and establish policies and procedures related to financial affairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Familiarity with ERP (preferably Microsoft System).
- Good knowledge of tax rules.
- Good time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Result oriented.
- Respect the deadlines.
- English knowledge is an advantage.
