About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you'll own specific product threads across our platform, driving data-driven decisions and delivering measurable impact. What You'll Do:

Thread Ownership & Execution

• Own and drive specific product threads from conception to delivery
• Take full responsibility for your thread's success metrics and outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute your thread roadmap
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize thread performance

Data Analysis & Intelligence

• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor thread performance
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify problems and opportunities
• Use quantitative methods to validate hypotheses and measure results
• Translate data insights into actionable product decisions

Product Discovery & Development

• Conduct user research and customer interviews within your thread
• Validate feature opportunities through data and customer feedback
• Write clear user stories and requirements for development teams
• Manage feature prioritization and backlog for your threads

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate thread progress and results to leadership
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Coordinate with other product managers on cross-thread initiatives

Continuous Learning & AI Integration

• Stay current with AI tools and integrate them into product workflows
• Experiment with new analytical techniques and methodologies
• Develop expertise in marketplace dynamics and tourism industry trends
• Contribute to product team best practices and processes
