Job Description:
We’re looking for a mid-level Software Engineer to join our small, high-performance team focused on building cryptocurrency algorithmic trading systems and high-frequency trading (HFT) infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll work alongside 2–3 talented engineers on systems that operate at the edge of performance, reliability, and financial insight.

Responsibilities: 
 • Design, develop, and maintain algorithmic trading systems in TypeScript and Go
 • Build robust, low-latency components for trade execution, signal processing, and real-time data pipelines
 • Work on distributed systems architecture, optimizing for both speed and scalability
 • Integrate with exchanges and handle WebSocket and REST APIs for real-time data and trading
 • Design resilient systems using Redis, PostgreSQL, and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ
 • Apply software engineering best practices—clean code, design patterns, and testable architecture

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Go, with clean and idiomatic code style
• Solid understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and system scalability
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or high-availability backends
• Familiarity with Redis, Docker, PostgreSQL, and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment with a hands-on mentality


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with trading bots or financial APIs (e.g., CCXT, FIX)
• Knowledge of latency-sensitive systems and performance profiling
• A strong interest in cryptocurrency, algorithmic trading, and financial markets
