Job Description

• forecasting product demand
• Managing inventory levels & waste
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all dairy and fresh products
• ATP & Stock monitoring 5 ensuring optimal stock availability
• Coordinate with suppliers and Sourcing & operation team to manage the supply chain and resolve any issues that may impact product availability
• Generate regular reports

Requirments

• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
• Proven track record of cost savings and process improvement initiatives
• Experience in vendor management and supplier relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
