Head of Science & Engineering Department

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between clients and professionals, service providers, and project requirements.
Manage and oversee the operations of an online platform specializing in science and engineering fields.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with domestic and international companies for service provision.
Draft partnership agreements with service providers and monitor compliance with commitments.
Utilize engineering tools and AI solutions to optimize platform processes.
Manage timelines, resources, and project teams using standard methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Master's degree (PhD holders will be prioritized)
Experience: At least 3 years of managerial experience in technical domains, engineering projects, or digital platforms for Master's holders

Soft Skills:
Full professional proficiency in English (international correspondence and negotiation; IELTS 7.0 or equivalent required)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
Strong team collaboration skills and experience leading cross-disciplinary projects

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Knowledge of AI platforms and data analysis tools
Preference given to candidates with SaaS systems experience or online technical service marketplaces
