Senior Business Development Manager (Fintech)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with strong execution skills and a deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem including investment funds, credit systems, lending tech (LendTech), wealth management platforms, and payment infrastructure.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and growing new business lines in the gold and investment space. You will identify strategic opportunities, lead high-stakes negotiations, and help design and operationalize creative and scalable business models that align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and lead strategic partnerships with fintech players, investment funds, credit platforms, and payment providers.
• Develop and execute business development strategies that expand our footprint in gold-backed services and credit products.
• Drive end-to-end deal processes — from scouting to negotiation to execution.
• Co-create innovative business models tailored to the gold and precious metals industry.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to translate ideas into viable services.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, or joint ventures if applicable.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships — ideally in fintech, LendTech, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of financial ecosystems including investment vehicles, credit models, and B2B/B2C payment systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships and closing complex deals.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial mindset, and execution orientation.
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational constraints of financial services in Iran is a strong plus.
• Creativity in designing scalable business models; comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
