Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate concepts into user journeys and intuitive interfaces.
Ensure consistency in design language across all products and platforms.
Present and defend design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, tools, and best practices.
Guide junior designers, give constructive feedback, and contribute to a design-driven culture.
Work in Agile development teams, participating in sprint planning and design reviews.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with clear process and impact.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Marvel).
Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards.
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with conducting user interviews, usability tests, and A/B testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
 
 Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Experience working in remote teams with international clients.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles (not mandatory to code).
Experience designing for B2B SaaS products or enterprise-level applications.
Knowledge of motion design and tools like After Effects or Principle is a plus.
