As we grow, we're seeking a flexible and proactive Project Manager to help translate our quarterly strategies into actionable, weekly progress.

 
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Project Manager who can turn our quarterly objectives into clear, prioritized monthly and weekly plans. You’ll work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to gather time estimates, assign tasks, and help the team stay agile and aligned. You’ll also keep an eye on progress and make adjustments as needed, always aiming to balance structure with flexibility.

 
Responsibilities:

• Break down quarterly goals into monthly and weekly plans
• Coordinate with team members to gather time and effort estimates
• Manage task assignments using Todoist, our task management platform
• Facilitate smooth communication across design, dev, and marketing
• Monitor project progress and re-prioritize when needed
• Identify blockers and work with the team to resolve them quickly
• Help the team stay flexible and efficient without adding bureaucracy

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing software projects (or adjacent experience)
• Comfortable using project/task management tools (Todoist experience is a bonus)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with agile or flexible project workflows
• Ability to manage time zones and part-time schedules
• Willingness to learn about our product, our users, and the trading/finance space

 
Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a startup or small team environment
• Technical literacy or background in software development or product design
• Interest in trading, fintech, or personal productivity tools
