Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to business units, translating their goals into financial plans and measurable outcomes,
• Participate in budget prepration process, ensuring alignment with overall company targets
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key trends, and present actionable insights to leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations) to evaluate business cases and support initiatives
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
• Help ensure cost efficiency and identify opportunities for margin improvement
• Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate financial results and forecasts to stakeholders
• Contribute to financial control, governance, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or business partnering
• Background in tech, travel, or e-commerce industries is strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey financial insights to non-financial teams
• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
