Responsibilities:
- Preparing final reports on quantitative and qualitative projects
- Designing surveys and presentations
- Providing competitive analysis and prepare insightful reports for research projects
- facilitate and handle focus groups and in-depth interview meetings
- Analyzing the obsessions and needs of other teams in depth
- Following up market research projects
- Handling recruits (asking audience to get involved in qualitative research)
- Managed and resolved research process issues ensuring project continuity
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Proficient in SPSS, PowerPoint and PowerBI
- General understanding of marketing and business principles
- Skilled in presenting
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (IDI, focus groups, surveys etc.)
- Project management skills and ability to deliver on time
