Job Description
• Carrying out correspondence with the seller receiving the proforma and tracking the shipping documents.
• Importing order registrations.
• Obtaining the necessary licenses from the mining industry, trade, agricultural jihad, veterinary, and food and drug organizations.
• Coordinating with shipping and transport companies and providing the best price for domestic and international freight and cargo transportation and cargo monitoring from the time of loading to the time of unloading at the customs.
• Interacting with the operating banks to allocate currency and buy currency remittances.
• Registering the request for currency allocation in the comprehensive trading system and getting to know it completely until the transfer is made and the purchase process is completed.
• Following up on currency transfers and correspondence and negotiations with banks and exchanges.
• Examining shipping documents, and insurance and sending them to the bank and work clearance.
• Coordinating for goods clearance and goods delivery.
• Clearing the foreign exchange obligation.

Requirements
• Age range: 30 and 40 years old.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management.
• Familiar with order registration matters.
• Familiar with customs rules.
• Familiar with the laws of the food industry.
• Familiar with banking and remittances.
• Should have strong teamwork skills.
• Be highly attentive to details
