LQA Specialist - Freelancer

Job Description : 

The freelance team member in the Content LQA team plays a key role in supporting the quality assurance process for product digital content at Digikala. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with prior freelance or project-based experience in content-related roles who are eager to gain professional experience in a structured and fast-paced team. The role is freelance-based with flexible working hours during the morning shift. The main responsibility is to review content thoroughly, ensure alignment with internal standards, and maintain effective communication with the central team.

Responsibilities : 

• Conduct quality checks on digital product content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Digikala's content guidelines.
• Collaborate with LQA team members to maintain content quality and address any item-related questions or concerns.
• Apply feedback accurately, adhere to updated content guidelines, and contribute to improving quality processes.
• Perform assigned tasks independently, deliver results on time, and communicate responsibly with the team.
• Manage time effectively during the morning shift and meet response and delivery standards.

Qualifications :

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in content review
• Previous experience in freelance or project-based roles (preferably in content or digital fields)
• Ability to work independently and deliver tasks on time without constant supervision
• Availability to work during the morning shift with flexible hours
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork spirit and timely communication
