UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a versatile UX/UI Designer to join our fast-moving, AI-powered e-commerce startup. You’ll play a central role in shaping intuitive, elegant, and intelligent product experiences—across the entire design spectrum from discovery to delivery. This role requires close collaboration with the CEO and product team, rapid prototyping in Figma, and the ability to quickly iterate based on real-time feedback.

Must-Have Requirements
* Solid experience with both UX and UI design across web and mobile
* Strong research skills—user interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis
* Ability to design intuitive flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI
* Advanced skills in Figma (including components, variants, and plugins)
* Comfortable working in tight feedback loops and fast-paced product cycles
* Experience in motion and interaction design using tools like Framer or Lottie
* Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
* Proven ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product and engineering
* Portfolio of shipped products, ideally for international or English-speaking markets
 
Bonus Points
+ Experience designing for AI-driven interfaces (LLMs, assistants, prompt-based UX)
+ Familiarity with voice interfaces, multimodal UX, or context-aware design
+ Ability to use AI tools like Midjourney, Uizard, Runway, Galileo AI for ideation or visual execution
+ Graphic design capabilities for quick visual experimentation
