As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Security Engineer to secure our AI-driven ecosystem end-to-end. Our mission is to push the boundaries of AI while ensuring robust security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.


About the Role

As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be the guardian of our AI products and infrastructure. You’ll embed security into every layer—from LLM training and deployment to network hardening and compliance. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, has deep expertise in AI/ML security, and can build secure systems from the ground up.


What You'll Do

  • Guard AI Products: Secure LLM training, fine-tuning, and deployment (APIs, web/mobile apps, chatbots, translation, OCR, TTS).
  • Harden Infrastructure: Implement server hardening (Proxmox, Ubuntu), container security (bare-metal), and network defenses (WAFs, IDS/IPS, segmentation).
  • Threat-Hunt AI Risks: Mitigate prompt injection, model theft, data poisoning, adversarial attacks, and other AI-specific threats.
  • Build Secure Foundations: Implement DevSecOps practices, integrate SAST/DAST tools into CI/CD pipelines, and automate security checks.
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks, and AI ethics guidelines.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with AI engineers, DevOps, and product teams to bake security into the development lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

Security Expertise: 2+ years in cybersecurity (application/infra/network security) with hands-on experience in AI/ML security (LLM threats, model hardening, data privacy).
Technical Proficiency:
    • Securing Python/Go backend services (FastAPI/Gin).
    • Hardening Proxmox, Ubuntu, and containerized (bare-metal) environments.
    • Implementing SAST/DAST, SIEM, PAM, and network security (Ethernet, segmentation).
AI Security Knowledge: Understanding of LLM vulnerabilities, adversarial attacks, and GPU/HPC security risks.
Tooling & Automation: Experience with security automation (Python/Go/Bash scripting) and incident response workflows.
Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams and advocate for security best practices.

Nice to Haves

Certifications: Security+, CEH, GIAC, or similar.
Experience in:
    • Security architecture, threat detection, or incident response.
    • GPU security, LLMOps, or HPC environments.
    • Speech/vision AI security (TTS/STT/OCR).
    • Open-source contributions or research in AI security.
