Job Description : 

• Ensure system stability and performance using SRE best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated from the Front Office team
• Implement automation and monitoring solutions to streamline operations
• Collaborate closely with Development teams for system updates and troubleshooting
• Perform log analysis using tools such as Elasticsearch
• Support the Front Office team in incident and issue management
• Utilize ticketing systems like Jira for issue logging and tracking
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions
• Document system-related processes and configurations
• Be on-call during scheduled periods
• Perform operational tasks during planned timeframes

Qualifications : 

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience in log analysis with Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools : (Monitoring & Logging,Log Analysis,Automation & Configuration Management,Containerization & Orchestration,Scripting & Development,Networking,Operating Systems & Administration)
