NUVIOR is a passionate distribution company in the medical aesthetics and skincare industry, working closely with beauty clinics to provide high-quality aesthetic and cosmetic products.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Trainer & Educator to join our team. In this role, you will deliver dynamic, informative webinars and virtual training sessions to educate clinics and partners on our innovative aesthetic and cosmetic product lines. The ideal candidate will have native-like English fluency, great presentation and teaching skills, and the ability to communicate complex product knowledge in a clear, engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct live webinars, product training sessions, and virtual workshops for clients and partners
-Provide clear, engaging education on our products, treatments, and protocolsDevelop and deliver educational materials such as presentations, videos, and training guides
-Stay up to date with product developments, industry trends, and competitive products
-Collaborate with the sales and education teams to support product launches and customer onboarding
-Answer client questions and provide expert product knowledge during and after training sessions
Ensure all educational activities align with company standards and brand messaging

Requirements:

It's preferred that you have Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare industry,
Background as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Aesthetician, or similar healthcare education.

-Passion for education and excellent presentation skills
-Comfortable speaking to both small and large groups in an online environment
-Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex medical or product information
-Must be at least 26 years old
-Ability to work flexible hours aligned with Canadian time zones
-Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy (experience with webinar platforms is an asset)
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written
