About the Role
Caspian Holding is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with the CEO and drive operational excellence across multiple business units. The COO will translate strategy into clear goals, optimize cross-departmental workflows, and ensure alignment with board-level priorities. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong management experience, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to foster accountability in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of strategy and ensure organizational alignment with CEO and board.
• Design, optimize, and document workflows and processes (Visio, BPMN) to support structured, process-driven operations.
• Oversee performance management: track, report, and improve KPIs and OKRs across teams.
• Supervise department leaders, drive collaboration, and build a high-performance culture.
• Partner with CEO on strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational design.
• Facilitate effective remote collaboration across time zones and maintain strong communication practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related.
• 7+ years of proven management and operational leadership experience in multi-sector or complex environments.
• Strong background in process design, KPI tracking, and performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Power BI, Teams, and BPMN.
• Excellent leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and self-management skills to thrive in a fully remote role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Additional Information

• Contract-based, full-time, fully remote.
• Start: ASAP, collaborating with board members in Canada.
• Must be available for collaboration across EST time zone.
