Wordpress Developer

We’re hiring a WordPress power user and builder ; Someone who has hands-on experience managing and customizing WordPress websites, building custom themes, working with plugins, and solving real-world issues, even if they’re new to formal programming or computer science.

You’ll be responsible for delivering advanced WordPress projects while growing your broader development skills with mentorship from our tech team.

Key Responsibilities ?

• Build and manage advanced WordPress sites using themes, plugins, and custom configurations.
• Customize layouts, templates, and content using Elementor, Gutenberg, or WPBakery.
• Modify or extend plugin functionality with basic PHP and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot WordPress-related issues (CSS conflicts, plugin bugs, speed issues).
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver client-ready sites.
• Gradually improve your coding skills and contribute to code-level development under guidance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Senior in WordPress:

• 3+ years of experience working professionally with WordPress websites
• Deep knowledge of the WordPress admin panel, ecosystem, themes, plugins, and common tools
• Experience working on client sites, agencies, or personal projects

Soft Skills:

• Strong ownership over website quality and user experience.
• Eager to learn and grow as a developer while contributing immediately through WordPress expertise.
• Good communicator and reliable team player.
