Senior Product Owner

To strengthen its product team, Parspooyesh is looking for engineers with the following qualifications.
The company is open from Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm

key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document user stories, ensuring alignment with telecom and cybersecurity domain needs.
Conduct story elaboration, grooming, and acceptance, emphasizing security standards and telecom protocols.
Finalize scenarios in collaboration with technical leads and architects specializing in telecom and cybersecurity solutions.
Facilitate team coordination to ensure timely delivery of functional, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Prioritize product features and bug fixes, considering telecom standards, cybersecurity regulations, and critical system uptime.
Develop product documentation, including Sequence Diagrams, Wireframes, Mockups, and system-level architecture diagrams.
Create support and training materials for internal teams and external users, focusing on secure product usage and compliance.
Monitor user feedback post-deployment, assess performance metrics, and suggest iterative improvements with a focus on security and system reliability.
Prepare and present feature/project status reports, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation strategies to product managers and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

5+ years of experience in product ownership, preferably in telecom or cybersecurity.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable user stories.
Expertise in Kanban and Scrum methodologies tailored for technical product development in secure environments.
Deep understanding of Agile principles with proven ability to manage dynamic backlogs in a high-stakes field.
Hands-on experience in software testing (manual and user acceptance testing), especially for secure and scalable solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
Knowledge of telecom protocols (e.g., 5G, LTE) or cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
