Responsibilities:
· Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including Sale and Service contracts, compliance issues, and corporate governance.
· Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, ensuring they align with legal standards and company policies.
· Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to inform internal stakeholders.
· Manage the company’s compliance efforts, including crisis response, dispute resolution, and legal risk prevention strategies.
· Assist in the management of litigation matters by collaborating with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings.
· Monitor changes in local laws and regulations that impact the company's operations and provide timely interpretations and recommendations.
· Support the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and best practices to improve compliance and risk management.
· Conduct legal training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of relevant laws and compliance requirements.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business strategies and operations.
· Maintain organized records of legal documents, agreements, and correspondence to ensure easy access and compliance with legal standards.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree from a top-tier law school, such as Tehran University or Shahid Beheshti University.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
· Proficiency in legal analysis and problem-solving, demonstrating a solid understanding of professional legal knowledge.
· Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
· Fluency in English, encompassing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills suitable for a professional environment.
· Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across different departments.
· Familiarity with compliance management practices and corporate governance principles.
