We are looking for a dedicated and energetic professional to join our team at Golzar Home — a leading provider of premium European bathroom fittings and home products in Iran.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full import order cycle from registration to clearance.
- Communicate and negotiate with foreign suppliers on price, payment, shipping, and delivery.
- Prepare and review commercial documents (PI, contracts, invoices).
- Handle banking and currency matters (L/C, transfers, CBI allocation).
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and warehouse to ensure smooth supply.
- Track international shipments (sea/air/land) and monitor timelines.
- Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and brokers for faster clearance.
- Archive import documents and prepare regular management reports.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of import process, order registration, and customs/trade systems.
- Proficient in business correspondence and fluent in English.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word and outlook) and document tools (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop).
- Solid reporting ability for management, sales, and finance teams.
