Commercial and Import Specialist - خانم

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic professional to join our team at Golzar Home — a leading provider of premium European bathroom fittings and home products in Iran.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full import order cycle from registration to clearance. 
• Communicate and negotiate with foreign suppliers on price, payment, shipping, and delivery.
• Prepare and review commercial documents (PI, contracts, invoices).
• Handle banking and currency matters (L/C, transfers, CBI allocation).
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and warehouse to ensure smooth supply.
• Track international shipments (sea/air/land) and monitor timelines.
• Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and brokers for faster clearance.
• Archive import documents and prepare regular management reports.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of import process, order registration, and customs/trade systems. 
• Proficient in business correspondence and fluent in English.
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word and outlook) and document tools (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop).
• Solid reporting ability for management, sales, and finance teams.
